Capacity is as stated by the manufacturer. As with every power bank, real-world output is lower than the headline figure — voltage conversion and wireless transfer both lose energy, so expect around 60–70% of the rated capacity to reach your phone. That's normal and true of every brand.

Magnetic alignment needs a MagSafe iPhone or a magnet-equipped case. Without one it still works perfectly well as a USB-C power bank.
