How to Pay

Ways to pay

You can pay by card or by digital wallet. Everything is handled inside Shopify's secure checkout — you never leave the site and we never see or store your card details.

Cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay are all accepted. Debit and credit cards both work.

Digital wallets

Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are available. If your device already has one set up, checkout takes a few seconds — no typing card numbers, no account to create.

Paying in your own currency

Prices are shown in your local currency automatically. Shoppers in Germany see euros, shoppers in the United Kingdom see pounds, and everywhere else defaults to US dollars. The amount shown at checkout is the amount your card is charged.

You can change country at any time using the selector in the site header.

What you pay

Delivery is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Automatic discounts are applied in your cart before you pay — buy 2 items and 10% comes off, buy 3 or more and 15% comes off. You do not need a code for these.

Import duties and local taxes are set by your own country and are not included. See our Shipping Policy for details.

When you are charged

Your card is charged when you place the order. You'll get an emailed confirmation immediately, and a separate email with tracking once your parcel is dispatched — usually within 1–3 business days.

Is it secure?

Yes. Payments run through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant checkout, the same system used by millions of stores. Card details are encrypted and handled by Shopify's payment processor, not by us. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure — a code by text or an approval in your banking app. That is normal and adds a layer of protection for you.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. Once we process a refund it usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We cannot send a refund to a different card.

Something went wrong at checkout

If a payment is declined, it is almost always your bank rather than us — most often a block on international transactions. Contact your bank, or try a different card or wallet.
